Shipping Costs
What are the shipping Costs?
Shipping Costs are:

Germany & Austria: 5.00 EUR
(free of charge with an order value above 100 €)

Rest of Europe: 8.50 EUR 
(free of charge with an order value above 100 €)

Rest of the world: 30.00 EUR 
(free of charge with an order value above 150 €)
Delivery times
Delivery for standard shipments to Austria and Germany will be made within 5 working days, to the rest of Europe within 10 working days and to all other countries within 25 working days. We reserve the right to dispatch part orders if this will decrease order processing time and is reasonable for the buyer. (No additional shipping costs shall be incurred by the buyer in such a case).
Returns and Exchange

Currently we are unable to offer an exchange service. Should you wish to receive an item in another colour or size, please return the unsuitable item for a refund, and place a new order for the alternative item.

Please note:
Items purchased in a retail store cannot be exchanged in the Red Bull Shop and items purchased in the Red Bull Shop cannot be exchanged in retail stores.

You are entitled to return all items purchased in the Red Bull Online Shop within 30 days of receipt without stating any reason.

Customers from Austria and Germany do not pay any return fees if they use the return label enclosed with their order. For customers from other countries we also cover the return cost, provided they use the cheapest service from their domestic postal service for the return shipment, however they first have to pay the return shipment fees at the post office and we will reimburse these costs together with the refund.

Please note:
You may return unwanted items using any delivery service, however we will only refund the return delivery fees if the cheapest service of your domestic post was used. Costs for express delivery, e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. will not be refunded. Also, costs for shipments with “postage paid by receiver” will not be covered.

In the case that a payment for the returned goods was already made, we will credit the corresponding amount to your account within 14 days. Please note that returned goods should be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for inspection purposes. If the quality of the goods is impaired due to any other use, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.

You may only return products to the Red Bull Online Shop that you bought online in our shop.

The method of reimbursement shall be subject to the payment method you selected for the relevant order.

The reimbursement will be automatically made to the bank, credit card or PayPal account used for payment of the order. The time for the funds to clear into your account depends on your bank or credit provider. In the case of orders purchased CoD, you must provide us with your banking information. You can provide such information to the Red Bull Service Team at any time by email.

All orders from within the EU are free from any customs charges. If you order from outside the EU these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipping and delivery

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the shipping status of your delivery online at: for international orders and orders within Germany. for orders within Austria.

Please note that the shipment number will not be active before it is entered and updated by the shipping service provider. This means if your tracking number does not work immediately, please try again later.

If you are not at home when the postman comes, he will leave a notification card and will deliver the package either to one of your neighbours or deposit it with a local post office near you. You will have the opportunity to pick it up within the next 7 working days. After this period, it will be returned to us.
Should your order not be delivered after a certain period of time, please contact us via the contact form on our website or via our Red Bull Service Team.
