What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached. Final sale items may not be returned and we do not process exchanges.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for any returns of unwanted items, we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels. Return packages that arrive COD will be denied.
What is the return process?
All returns must include a completed RMA Form (PLEASE NOTE: returns that do not contain a completed RMA Form will be subject to delays.). Please make sure to cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package to prevent delays in the return process. We recommend you ship your return to our warehouse using a trackable method. Red Bull Shop US cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep return tracking details for your records.
As soon as your return is processed and you have been issued a refund, you will be automatically notified via e-mail to the e-mail address on your order.
What is the refund processing time?
If your package arrives at the Red Bull Shop US warehouse within the 30-day timeline specified above, and includes the required RMA Form, please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
Do you process exchanges?
No, we do not. If you'd like a different size or color than you originally ordered, you must return the item and place a new order. We will refund you for the original order as soon as the merchandise arrives at our warehouse and your return is processed within the standard 14 business day timeline.
